Tradies lose evenings, and money, to paperwork. Socius turns a voice note from the ute into a priced variation, quote or job report in the business's own words, ready to check and send. It's set up for each business in one call and runs on the owner's own Claude account, so their data stays theirs.

What is responsible AI agent deployment?
It means every AI agent has a named owner, is tested before go-live, is monitored for drift, errors and cost, and can be reviewed, overridden or stopped by a person. OptiProduct designs that oversight layer for mid-market businesses.
Does OptiProduct build AI agents for clients?
OptiProduct builds its own AI products, such as Socius. For clients, it sets AI strategy and governs the agents they deploy, rather than reselling tools or acting as an implementation shop.
Which tools are used to monitor AI agents?
The choice is right-sized to the client. Common options include Langfuse and Arize Phoenix (open source and self-hostable), LangSmith for LangChain stacks, and Datadog where it is already in use.
